Exchange and Returns

  • Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The article must not be used, torn, worn or altered and must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Items without original invoice will not be exchanged.
  • Exchange can only take place within seasonal items. Inter-season exchange is not allowed. E.g. Summer items will not be exchanged with Winter items or vice versa.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned or refunded.
  • International orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • To process your exchange, simply email or call our customer care with your order number and our representative will help you through the procedure.
  • An order can only be cancelled before it has been processed.
  • After the order has been shipped, our exchange policy applies.
  • We have the authority to cancel your order for reasons such as unavailability, pricing errors, or payment declined by your financial institution.
